About the Role: As a carpenter with Surespan, you'll be involved in diverse projects including bridge construction, commercial ventures, and industrial sites. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft and ready to tackle new challenges.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in formwork.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in bridge, commercial, or industrial projects (bridge experience is preferred).
• Experience or a willingness to learn iron working, rigging, and steel work is a valuable asset.
• Comfort with working at heights. Fall Arrest and AWP training are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

What We Offer:

• Rotation Schedule: 21 days on-site followed by 7 days off.
• Paid Travel: We cover your travel expenses to and from the job site.
• Overtime Pay: Competitive rates for additional hours worked.
• Accommodation & LOA: Provided for candidates located more than 100km from the job site.
