Included in your moorage is outdoor trailer parking, private members washrooms and showers. Laundry facility, porter service, premium fuel, and pump out facilities . Our members and guests have access to recreation rentals, water taxi, complimentary off-site parking, on-site permit parking, access to the boat launch as well as a Marina store and Marina office. We are currently looking for energetic team members to work with us at the Marina, to assist our guests and clients in a great customer experience!

POSITION TITLE: OTB Customer Attendant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Fuel boats, ensure customer charges are recorded and correct
  • Understand proper fueling safety processes
  • Dock clean-up and garbage removal from fuel dock
  • Pressure washing, brushing docks, maintaining a clean workplace
  • General yard clean up and light custodial duties.
  • Help porter moorage customers, with golf carts / ATVs
  • Assist in the store and office
  • Locking up dock shack (EOD)
  • Responsible for proper close out procedures
  • Checking moorage customers tie lines, bumpers, and power cords
  • Keep slips clear of debris
  • Check parking permits distribute tow slips to no pass vehicles
  • Help our teammates from across the dock when time permits
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Ability to do repairs and maintenance throughout the Marina

  • Can follow instructions, and give clear direction, to customers
  • Can lift to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to work shift work and weekends (40 hrs.)
  • Can work alone

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Education, Drivers License
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Computer experiences an asset, Word, Excel, E-mail
  • SKILLS/ABILITIES: Effective communication skills, organizational skills, time management, professionalism, good attitude and willing to help attitude, can follow instruction and give instruction.
