We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Fabrication Associate to join our team. What Youll Do

As a Fabrication Associate, youll help cut and prepare the custom materials that set Suncoast apart. Youll work in a shop environment, cutting aluminium components, packaging orders, and supporting daily operations with care and accuracy.

• Cut and drill aluminum parts for louvered roof systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup based on customer requirements.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Verify shipments and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment (training provided if needed).
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work with the fabrication, powder coating, and shipping teams to meet production goals.
• Assist with inventory checks and general shop upkeep.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone who:

• Has experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Is physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Is comfortable using hand tools and power tools (e.g., saws, drills).
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Demonstrates clear English communication skills for instructions and teamwork.
• Has a valid drivers license (experience with trucks/trailers is an asset).
• Is familiar with warehouse systems or inventory software (an asset).
• Works well with others and communicates effectively on the shop floor.
• Is safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn.
