We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month on-site contract position in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server, network, and related technical project management, with potential involvement in Azure (cloud) services.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex technical infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans

  • Create detailed solution designs for technical infrastructure projects

  • Prepare and update Service Recovery Documentation

  • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting

  • Oversee projects involving governance, network, server, Azure, and SharePoint

  • Implement and maintain project governance structures

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

Required Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Proven experience in managing projects related to servers, networks, Azure, and SharePoint

  • Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and cloud services

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation

Desired Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of formal education (technical school or university)

  • Experience in server, network, and Azure project management

  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration and deployment

  1. Project Management Plan: A comprehensive document outlining the project's scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and risk management strategies.

  2. Detailed Solution Design: Technical specifications and design of the infrastructure solution.

  3. Service Recovery Documentation: Detailed plans and procedures for recovering services in case of failures or disasters.

  4. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Regular updates, progress reports, risk assessments, and change notifications to all project stakeholders.
