We are seeking a Warehouse Solutions Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing modern, high-efficiency, and sustainable warehouses to maximize throughput while ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.

• Design and develop warehouse layouts using CAD software to optimize space utilization, throughput, and workflow.
• Analyze and understand warehouse processes, including inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping, to drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop warehouse automation strategies, integrating modern technologies such as robotics and conveyor systems to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, fire and safety regulations, and SHA (Safety and Health Administration) guidelines.
• Conduct capacity planning and evaluate warehouse performance metrics to recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, operations, and engineering, to align warehouse designs with business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in warehouse technology, logistics, material handling, and sustainability best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop cost-effective, scalable, and environmentally responsible solutions for new and existing warehouse facilities.
• Incorporate sustainable warehouse design principles, including energy-efficient lighting, eco-friendly materials, renewable energy integration, and waste reduction strategies.
• Support new warehouse launches, including setup, workflow optimization, and process standardization.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) and ability to create detailed warehouse layouts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations, SHA standards, and government compliance requirements.
• Experience in capacity planning, slotting optimization, and automation implementation.
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights to improve warehouse throughput and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Experience in designing sustainable warehouses, with a focus on energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and environmental impact mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present solutions to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Administration is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse design, CAD software, or logistics management are highly desirable.
