The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking for a Lead Cook to take charge of the culinary experience in one of our premium clubs on game days at Princess Auto Stadium. This is not a back-of-house role—you will be front and center with our fans, delivering an elite game day experience.

What You Will Do:

· On game days, you will be hands-on at culinary stations, engaging directly with fans to deliver an exceptional fan experience while ensuring fast, quick execution during peak game day hours.

• Lead game day kitchen operations in a premium club area.
• Be front and center with fans, engaging directly to enhance their experience.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service in a high-energy setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen throughout service.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Culinary experience in high-volume restaurants, or catering.
• Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining top quality.
• Passion for fan interaction and creating a memorable game day atmosphere.
• Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).
