We have a great opportunity for a BDC Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center located in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our dealerships.

Requirements:
- Customer service, call centre or switchboard experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
- Proficient in computer skills
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday and/or Holidays

What you will do:
- Responsible for booking service appointments, prospecting and follow-up
- Book appointments for customers who contact The CROWN Auto Group
- Answering online inquires and answering incoming calls
- Maintain accurate information and up-to-date data about manufacturers recommended maintenance services
- Keeping accurate and relevant customer information in our system
- Making appointment reminder phone calls, and making any necessary changes to the appointments if needed
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our service
- Other duties as required by the management team
