Project Manager Institutional Construction

Job Description:

A leading construction company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project management experience in institutional construction, managing projects from start to finish while ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of institutional construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Work closely with site superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure all work adheres to contractual obligations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare project reports, financial documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project management within institutional construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification is an asset but not required.
