Job Description:
A leading construction company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project management experience in institutional construction, managing projects from start to finish while ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of institutional construction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Work closely with site superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
- Ensure all work adheres to contractual obligations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Prepare project reports, financial documentation, and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management within institutional construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification is an asset but not required.
