- Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

- Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing client needs with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office functionality.
- Manage the schedule for employees.
- 2-3 years previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
