Salary:

Prairie College of Massage Therapy, part of Health and Wellness Colleges of Canada is seeking a Receptionist to provide customer service and on-site presence to all campus visitors in Saskatoon, SK. The Receptionist also acts as the primary point of contact between the campus and Home Office as it relates to the day to day needs of the location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for all HWCC schools. This includes promoting and sharing information about our programs (delivery, intake, structute, etc.)
  • Answer queries both in person, and by telephone, redirecting calls to appropriate campus support.
  • Facilitate Campus Tours for foot traffic (walk-in) and scheduled appointments. Ensuring that visitors information is collected and managed properly and are providing with additional information on HWCC programs prior to exit.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable space for campus visitors (ie: sweeping, dusting, emptying garbage etc.)
  • Maintain inventory list ensuring campus supply needs and placing requests for orders when necessary.
  • Ensure familiarity with in-class dates and student clinic schedule ensuring campus is presented appropriately.
  • Liaise with mall administration, security, couriers, and service vendors to ensure the smooth operations of the campus - including; responding to inquiries, communicating with security, scheduling and receiving shipments, providing access to approved vendors etc.
  • Receiving and redirecting regular mail to Home Office where applicable.
  • Monitoring miscellaneous materials and resources, such as; clinic intake forms, liability waivers, writing utensils, operational binders/manuals, facility and locker keys etc.
  • Displaying current public licenses.
  • Other duties as assigned/required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Reception function
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate good decision making skills.
