???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Shack Shine's presence in key North American markets.
- Bring the Shack Shine story to life: translate the Shack Shine story to media and prospective partners to grow brand awareness.
- Build a network: proactively source and engage high potential franchise candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and lead management.
- Provide strategic guidance to find the right fit: act as a strategic advisor, helping potential franchisees understand the Shack Shine business model, financial opportunity and path to success.
- Guide candidates through our discovery process: build and nurture a pipeline of qualified franchise prospects, maintaining strong relationships and guiding them through the discovery process.
- Set, achieve and celebrate big goals: drive data-informed decisions by tracking performance, market trends, and lead and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with marketing, operations, and training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term franchisee success.
- Challenge the status quo: seek new and innovative ways to expand your network, position the Shack Shine story, connect with prospective candidates, and drive our expansion.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven track record: experience in a start-up environment, business development or partnerships role, or related goal-driven field focused on rapid growth and relationship-building.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: you're a natural storyteller and build rapport easily.
- Strong business development acumen: Ability to build partnerships focused on mutual benefit.
- Marketing expertise: Understanding of all channels available to drive growth including paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building businesses.
- Excellent networking skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across industries and practices.
- Innovation mindset: ability to challenge the status quo, adapt to a changing environment, and explore new ways to drive growth.
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 - $250,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Base Salary + Guaranteed First-Year Earnings between $100,000 - $150,000 while you ramp. Top performers in this role can earn $200,000+ beyond year 2.

???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you.
For this role's duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will come into the office one to two times per month and travel 25-50% of the time as you build your network and meet candidates.
