- Responsible for supervising Area Leaders, Operators, and Technicians
- To ensure appropriate training, coaching, and discipline is given to ensure high performance of tasks
- Identify, record, & report quality non-conformances & escalate to the Quality Manager.
- Prevent further processing, assembly, or delivery or non-conforming product
- Investigate non-conforming product coming off their shift to troubleshoot issue
- Develop production planning, communicates responsibilities, establish production time line, & ensure results are achieved for own department
- Address all quality related problems & provide prompt resolutions & recommendations so as to minimize production interruption
- Ensure that product identification, traceability, process control, packaging instructions are being followed
- Minimize costs of operating through proper planning & efficient use of all available resources
