Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton.
We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 8 month co-op basis. This opportunity is open to current post secondary students. You will be responsible to provide administrative, job costing and revenue support to the Contracts team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to scanning, tracking of documents, and completing the invoicing process by billing progress claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the contract administration process, including document control, invoices, and process manual.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Monitor and track contract performance and deliverables
- Collaborate with contracts team with special projects as required.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in post secondary program in business specialization or related fields.
- Previous experience in contract administration or related role is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
