Position Overview

We're seeking a passionate Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our coaching program clients. This role requires someone who can skillfully navigate between our business, fitness, and mindset coaching offerings while providing exceptional support that enhances our clients' experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries via email and chat while maintaining high standards for response time and service quality. Handle both technical platform questions and program-specific concerns with expertise.
  • Manage our client onboarding process, platform orientation, and initial needs assessment to ensure new clients feel confident and prepared to begin their coaching journey.
  • Track common issues, and collaborate with our program development team to implement solutions that improve the overall client experience through automation.
  • Generate regular reports on client satisfaction metrics and program engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a coaching or personal development environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic project management tools
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with coaching platforms or online learning management systems
  • Background in business coaching, fitness training, or mental health support
  • Knowledge of personal development industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or relevant coaching disciplines
