Manage & Train: Lead, coach, and train property managers to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Yardi Expertise: Utilize Yardi software to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, ensuring top-tier customer service.

Team Building: Foster a strong, collaborative team environment that encourages growth and success.

Customer-Centric Leadership: Lead with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants and clients.

What We Need:

Licensed General Manager in good standing.

Expertise in Yardi software.

A process-driven mindset with a passion for coaching and problem-solving.

A hands-on leader who actively engages with the team, not just a "hands-off" executive.

Financial strength and a solid understanding of the business side of property management.
