OBJECTIVE:

The position will coordinate and deliver all operations relating to sports equipment, player apparel and staff apparel for the academy centre and camp network.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

The overall accountability for the position is to the Director, Soccer Development.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

1. Warehouse Coordination

a. On-site lead for all shipping & receiving through the apparel warehouse

b. Ensures cleanliness and organization standards are upheld in the apparel warehouse

c. Provides recommendations on organization and operations for the apparel warehouse to optimize space and its utilization

2. Inventory Administration

a. Completes all entries for receiving apparel & equipment into our inventory management system

b. Completes all entries for outbound shipping of player & staff apparel from our inventory management system

c. Provides quarterly inventory updates to department leadership

d. Maintains inventory data points to ensure accuracy

e. Completes full inventory count quarterly to ensure system & product remain accurate

3. Player Apparel Sales Order Fulfillment

a. Builds academy centre apparel orders according to orders that come in from centres

b. Ships out apparel orders to centres

4. Staff Apparel Fulfillment

a. Point-of-contact for staff apparel requests and fills orders according to staff apparel policies

5. Sports Equipment Administration

a. Point-of-contact for all sports equipment requests for academy centres and camps

b. Obtains quotes from equipment providers for all requests and submits quotes to Manager, Academy Centres & Operations Manager, Camps for Purchase Order requests to be submitted

c. Monitors the sports equipment inventory for all academy centres and enforces policies around purchasing additional sports equipment

d. Handles all laundry of pinnies for lower mainland-based programming

6. Outbound Shipping Lead

a. Evaluates best shipping option for apparel & equipment for centres not based in Vancouver

b. Handles the delivery of apparel & equipment to Lower Mainland based programming

7. Game Jersey Management

a. Completes an inventory of all game jerseys on an on-going basis

b. Reconciles game jerseys upon receiving them back after theyve been signed out for projects

c. Laundry of game jerseys during and after any projects

8. Operations Support Projects

a. On-site operations lead for all academy centre projects

b. On-site operations lead for all overnight camps
