  • Support long-term infrastructure strategy while maintaining visibility on day-to-day operations
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
  • Contribute to systems architecture and documentation as needed

What You Bring

  • Strong background in Linux system administration (Ubuntu preferred)
  • Proven experience in SysAdmin, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
  • Experience with modern CI/CD, automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience managing technical teams or projects is highly desirable

Nice to Have

  • Experience in global support models
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and environments
  • Exposure to Education or Public Sector environments
  • Experience with Nginx, Apache, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Redis, etc.
  • Scripting with Python or Bash

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive group health insurance (health, dental, vision, life, LTD) fully covered for you and your dependents from day one
  • 20 paid vacation days annually, with rollover flexibility
  • 10 paid personal/sick days per year
  • Group RRSP matching after one year of employment
  • Professional development allowance after six months (training, certifications, conferences)
  • Company-provided laptop and docking station
  • $1,000 home office setup allowance
  • Flexible hours and fully remote work environment
