Our company is growing and looking to add a Finance Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.

The Finance Coordinator will coordinate financial accounting management within the operating entity, communicate and implement the financial and operational requirements of the group, and oversee their execution. Other responsibilities include:

  • Conduct necessary reviews, approvals, and supervision within the scope of business processes to ensure compliance with operational standards and mitigate potential risks.
  • Enhance financial internal control management within the jurisdictional scope by developing relevant systems and processes, supervising their implementation, and ensuring the security of funds and assets; coordinate and manage audit activities for key internal control projects.
  • Design and refine the cost accounting and process control system to facilitate effective forecasting and final settlement of development costs.
  • Supervise and guide the implementation of annual comprehensive budget management and control, while conducting ongoing monitoring of budget execution.
  • Review monthly financial reports within the designated scope, organize internal financial analysis meetings, regularly report on the operational performance of subordinate entities, provide feedback on anomalies, and actively contribute management recommendations.
  • Collaborate across functions to develop and execute financial and tax planning strategies; maintain critical relationships between enterprises, taxation authorities, and government entities.

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related major, with professional certification as an accountant, preferably with expertise in taxation or accounting.
  • At least three years of experience serving as a financial manager within the manufacturing industry, specifically in large or medium-sized enterprises.
  • Expertise in Canadian accounting standards, Canadian tax law, and tax planning. Strong knowledge of financial management, international accounting standards, and internal control management is also required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken contexts for professional purposes.
