- Superior writing skills to prepare/edit comprehensive Business and Technical artifacts, and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable of Kofax and RightFax applications preferred.
Requirements
Resource Responsibilities
- Collect and centralize all pertinent project artifacts.
- Analyze existing documentation, perform gap analysis, and prepare comprehensive Business and Technical artifacts, and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Interface with Business to validate and attain documentation signoff.
- Interface with Enterprise Architecture and other cross-functional teams to develop all materials pertaining to the assessment inclusive of final outputs, reports and recommendations including, but not limited to, the Executive Summary report.
- Support resolution of issues, risks, mitigation and ensures prompt escalations to IT Service Delivery Manager.
Skills set
- In-depth knowledge of Kofax and RightFax applications (preferred)
