Job Description:

• Lead and manage the migration of legacy user interfaces to modern JavaScript and CSS technologies, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, and product managers) to define UI requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on JavaScript and CSS migration strategies, selecting appropriate frameworks and tools for the project.
• Develop and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions in modern JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and CSS frameworks.
• Ensure the UI components are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Oversee the implementation of responsive design principles, ensuring applications work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues during migration and post-deployment.
• Work closely with the QA team to define and implement test cases and ensure thorough testing of UI components.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and tools, incorporating best practices into migration efforts.
• Document the architecture, migration process, and technical specifications for the UI components.
