The Opportunity

VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Consultant to join our S/4Hana Cloud Private Team as an SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP-based ERP solutions and overseeing the required integrations.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage list of all benefits and retirement file feeds in US and Canada including source system, vendor, purpose, components, schedule, etc.
  • Review current structure, make process improvement suggestions, and recommend best practices as needed.
  • Incorporate best practices for auditing for both the company and vendors and create list of audits and process documentation to ensure file feeds are proactively reviewed to minimize errors.
  • Project manage benefits and retirement events from a systems perspective. i.e. US and Canada open enrollment, support benefits projects in both countries, etc.
  • Partner and liaison with Vendors, IT, Benefits Center of Expertise (COE), HR Service Delivery, Payroll and other company teams as needed to create new files and modify existing files.
  • Coordinate with Employee Central (EC) team, Benefits COE and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to outline how the new system impacts file feeds to benefits vendors.
  • Ongoing identification and resolution of vendor file issues. i.e. BenefitFocus, Sun Life, Anthem, Fidelity, etc.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) of scheduled systems updates and testing.
  • Build and pull reports from various HR and vendor systems as well as SAP and EC reports.
  • Assist in insuring outbound and inbound files are generated and executed successfully if a new vendor is added.
  • Assist in ensuring system impacts are accounted for when dealing with M&A situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What experience do you need?

  • A minimum of 6 years of SAP experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors CORE including Benefits.
  • A minimum of 6 years of involvement in support projects.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with HR business systems required.
  • Understanding of business processes and integration with third-party systems.
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with health/welfare and retirement benefits policies and procedures to ensure integrations and systems meet benefits/organizational needs and goals.
  • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Able to deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Services experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word and PowerPoint; other technical proficiencies like Access DB, VBA, SQL are a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, financial accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
