Our team is growing again so we're looking for someone like you to support our core Corporate and Property accounting functions like Payroll, Interco transactions, systems development, and full utilization of Yardi Voyager 7S / Elevate. Why well love you:

• You have at least two years of full-cycle accounting experience and two years in property accounting.
  
• You excel at variance analysis, reconciliation and discrepancy investigation using your solid working knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S/Elevate and advanced Excel functions.
• You're a problem-solver who isnt afraid to assess system issues and collaborate with a team to improve execution.
• Having been through an ERP migration and financial systems transformation, you understand what it takes to enhance efficiency and scale systems for growth.
• Bring a solid understanding of Intercompany transactions.
• Youre analytical and relentless while committing to quarterly goal-setting processes and solid feedback loops.
• You're growth-minded so you get it.
• Being organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities and variables is your hallmark.
• You've earned a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, finance, or related field.

Once youre here, youll:

• Strong experience in Accounting roles, complemented by your genuine excitement for real estate accounting, finance, and even some project accounting experience.
• Clear and evidenced execution of full cycle accounting, including Intercompany transactions, and maximizing the functionality of Yardi Voyager 7S.
• Deliver exceptional reliability and data management from Payroll management & posting monthly charges and AP, to month end JE and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Be naturally curious and helpful, willing to contribute your unique skills and attributes to the role and to continuously learn and further develop your professionalism.
• Flawlessly maintain excellent communication and data management skills, with clear and concise delivery of important details and the ability to proactively anticipate needs.
