As a key player on our team, you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers across phone, chat, email, and text messaging- providing them with clear, compassionate, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect and recover assets by handling collections on delinquent accounts.
- Prevent losses and control delinquent balances effectively.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers through various channels (phone, chat, email, and text)
- Show initiative to continually learn, grow, and enhance your skills.
- Effectively prioritize and shift focus between tasks as needed, ensuring proper attention to each responsibility without compromising quality.·

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that create positive, productive customer experiences.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and remain focused on desired results.
