As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Roofing, Reroofing, and Waterproofing Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion.

The Roofing, Reroofing, and Waterproofing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within overall projects.

What Youll Do
Maintain an up-to-date schedule of current and upcoming production jobs
Provide General Contractors and consultants with submittals as required before, during, and after projects
Ensure supervisors receive job-specific Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in both printed and electronic

formats for job binders and digital records
Provide supervisors with all necessary project documents, including drawings, specifications, and safety files
Develop Lift Plans, including drawings indicating crane and material trailer placement with estimated timing for

each trailer. Create Setup Plans, detailing locations for garbage bins, propane, toilets, fencing, and materials

before mobilization
Prepare Work Method Statements when required, outlining intended work processes, submittal schedules,

and mockups as per project specifications
Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and material release processes to ensure smooth project

execution
Participate in GSE (General Site Engineering) meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination

between teams
Serve as a key liaison between supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

What You Bring to the Team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Basic estimating and mathematical skills for cost tracking and quantity take-offs
2+ years of experience in construction, roofing, waterproofing, or general contracting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Background in roofing, reroofing, waterproofing, or construction projects
