Job duties/accountabilities
  • Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Netcracker BSS products according to business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Implement and test product configurations, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance.
  • Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and system behavior.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and internal teams on configured solutions.
  • Document configuration changes, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Train IT resources to enable in-house changes to Netcracker configurations
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Netcracker BSS product suite:
    • Product Catalog
    • Customer Information Management (CIM)
    • Contract & SLA Management
    • Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
    • Customer Care & Problem Management
    • Partner Lifecycle Management
    • Customer Order Management
    • Active Mediation
    • Converged Rating & Charging
    • Customer Billing Management
    • CSR Desktop (CSRD)
  • Strong understanding of configuring integrations within Netcracker
  • Strong understanding of software configuration, integration, and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting languages for configuration purposes.
  • Experience with telecom business processes such as billing, order management, and network inventory is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Either based out of Ottawa or willing to relocate to Ottawa.
The pay range for this role is CAD $80000 - CAD $ 90000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
