Valard Construction LP is seeking qualified Distribution Journeyman Powerline Technicians to join our Toronto Hydro Project Operations Team. We are looking for self-motivated, team player, dedicated individuals who are willing to work as part of a dynamic team that provides crucial support to Valard's projects.

Requirements

• Red Seal Distribution Lineman - Must have Red Seal Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years distribution experience.
• Local to GTA preferred.
• Previous Toronto Hydro experience preferred.
• Class 4 Rubber Glove experience.
• Confined Space Certificate, UWPC, Working at Heights Cert, First Aid (CPR/AED) - preferred.
• Class DZ mandatory (preference to AZ). Must maintain throughout employment.
• Positive Attitude and good work ethic.
• Must have clean criminal record.
• Valard Construction is a CUSW Union employer: CUSW member would be an asset / must be willing to join CUSW union.
