IT Service Desk Technical Analyst - Hybrid Position

We're seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team. In this hybrid position, you'll directly resolve customer issues, update our knowledge base, and provide top-notch support across various communication channels.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in Service Desk/Tier 1 or equivalent support role

  • M365 experience

  • KCS certification

  • ITIL V3/4 certification
