As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Waterproofing Coordinator to help ensure top-tier quality and compliance in our waterproofing division.

The Waterproofing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and addressing quality concerns within the department. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills to support the team in maintaining efficiency and high workmanship standards.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for waterproofing projects.
  • Train and support team members to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and address workmanship issues in collaboration with field teams.
  • Maintain and oversee tools, equipment, and project materials.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams and office staff to improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize MS 365, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Adobe for project documentation and tracking. Participate in GSE (General Site Engineering) meetings to ensure clear communication and coordinationbetween teams
  • Serve as a key liaison between supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelors degree or college diploma in construction or related fields (Building Sciences is an asset)
  • QA/QC certification is an asset
  • Background in waterproofing, construction, or related industry preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS 365, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Adobe
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, family-oriented, and transparent team culture
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying quality issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate between field and office teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
