Youll play a crucial role in helping maintain our cool, quirky brand identity. This position is primarily focused on execution and organization, providing support across multiple sides of our brand and marketing strategy. Youll report to our Marketing & Brand Manager and will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of all initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Brand Administration Oversee project workflows and deadlines for the marketing team, supporting the Marketing Manager in administrative tasks, particularly for major events.
- Social Media Management Assisting the Marketing Manager with scheduling, posting, and community engagement for our organic social media.
- Digital Sign Management Ensure our digital signage reflects the right messaging and content.
- Reputation Management Assist in maintaining and enhancing our public image and guest interactions.
- Promo Item Procurement Manage the process of sourcing and procuring branded promotional items.
- Creation & Implementation of Brand Components Main contact for our third-party marketing agency. Support in creating and implementing elements of our brand strategy, from promotional materials to visual assets.
- Email Marketing Help create the monthly newsletter, ensuring content aligns with the brands voice.
- Donations Handle the logistics of donations, including coordination with local partners, and ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
- Website Maintenance Assist with maintaining content on the hotel, pub, and waterpark websites.
- Guest Experiences & Engagement VIP experiences and curated guest moments that align with our brand values.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in marketing or a related field, or 1-2 years of direct marketing experience if not formally educated.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Canva, Click-Up, Sprout Social, etc.) and basic website management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
