We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be a problem solving, proactive sales hunter who is enthusiastic about identifying, targeting, and creating new business opportunities. Youll be on the front lines, building new relationships and educating potential partners on how GoBolt can support the most pivotal part of their business.

- Customer-obsessed sales approach, demonstrating a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each brand
Job responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new qualified opportunities through prospecting and activity-based cold calling and emailing
- Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification
- Leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders
- Convert qualifying leads into sales opportunities alongside Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop creative enterprise programs to drive and manage pipeline progression
- Manage, qualify, and assign inbound leads for Account Executives
- Utilize Salesforce for record-keeping of prospect accounts and for logging all activity and information on prospects and companies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a BDR/SDR and/or with sales cycles
- Experience in B2B sales, warm or cold outreach, and lead generation
- Experience with initiating and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability to meet targets and achieve sales quotas
- Experience with Sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, etc)
