We are seeking motivated and hardworking painters to join our professional painting team for the upcoming season. This role involves exterior and interior painting, surface preparation, and working in a team-oriented environment.

• Prepare and paint residential & commercial properties
• Sand, scrape, caulk, and power wash surfaces before painting
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn – No experience required, training provided
• Comfortable working on ladders and in outdoor conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Prior painting and/or trades experience
• Prior experience in team oriented environments
• Prior experience working with clients or customers.
• Working method of transportation
