Responsibilities
Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadership.
Effectively collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
Analysis of Workday and ServiceNow processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Workday and ServiceNow ecosystem
Skills Must have
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday and ServiceNow Consultant
- Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
- Hands-on expertise in internal integrations
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
- Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision
