Ventri Door Technologies is seeking a motivated, operationally focused Branch Manager to lead our Stoney Creek operations and drive strategic growth. This key role involves setting ambitious sales targets, optimizing operations, and enhancing client satisfaction through hands-on leadership.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will act as the vital link between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication, resource efficiency, and high-quality service. They will lead a dynamic team, drive revenue growth, and balance strategic vision with operational executionall while making a direct impact on our companys success.
As a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Branch Managers purpose will be to motivate a high-performing team that delivers excellence by:
- Leading, supporting, and developing the Service Manager, Technical Field Service Manager, Project Manager/Estimator, and Sales Representative to foster collaboration, accountability, and improvement.
- Driving business growth through sales planning, project management, and estimating activities while pursuing new product line opportunities.
- Monitoring financial metrics, optimizing profitability, and collaborating with the General Manager on profit goals and resource allocation.
- Building strong customer relationships, managing the quoting process, providing estimates, and securing new business opportunities.
- Overseeing purchase orders, regulatory compliance, and essential documentation, including insurance and safety certifications.
- Supporting Service Management functions, such as scheduling, service calls, accounts receivable, payroll, and technician hours tracking.
To qualify for this exciting and unique opportunity, you will have:
- Post-secondary education, with a preference for Business or Technical studies.
- Proven leadership experience within a technical or service-oriented industry.
- Experience in either Overhead Doors or Automatic Doors considered an asset but not required.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams, with a collaborative approach to building relationships across departments.
- Knowledge of business development, sales, and project management.
