Southern Irrigation is actively looking for a Full-Time Sales Sales Counter/Logistics Associate for our Kamloops, BC location. The successful candidate should excel in customer service, have attention to detail, have good communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Job Title: Sales Counter/Logistics Associate

Location: 7900 Dallas Drive, Kamloops, BC

Job purpose:This positions primary responsibilities include increasing sales and profitability through the provision of quality customer service and retail sales and work as part of the Logistics team to ensure the needs of Shipping and Receiving are met to the highest standards.

• Contributes to the orderliness of retail space
• Processes POS transactions efficiently
• High accuracy and efficiency in shipping/packaging/pulling and receiving orders within desired time frame
• Focus on contributing to the stores success and helping wherever needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver personalized attention to each, always providing the best in quality service and value
• Help retail customers locate products and advise on products as appropriate
• Process POS transactions and payments
• Maintain a clean and presentable retail space and warehouse
• Gather and package customer orders, job orders and will-call orders
• Receiving incoming orders or transfers, double checking them for accuracy and putting the product away to their appropriate places
• Stock store shelves
  
• Track shipments as needed
• Working as a team to achieve collective goals
