We're looking for a passionate Health Human Resources professional to drive employee engagement, leadership development, and retention. If you thrive on building strong relationships and making a real impact, we want you on our team!


What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for management roles – sourcing, interviewing, hiring
  • Develop innovative hiring strategies and build key partnerships
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and workforce strategy
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
  • Advise on HR policies, employment law, and talent management
  • Provide insights and recommendations using key HR metrics


What You Bring:

  • Degree in HR, Labour Relations, or related field (CHRP/CHRL preferred)
  • Three or more years of HR experience (senior living sector is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS/LMS experience
  • Ability to travel within Ontario (valid driver's license required)
