Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze-dried manufacturing company is recruiting for Production Worker for our locations in Langley BC reporting to the Production Supervisor. This opportunity is for the day shift and as a Production Line Team Member, you'll play a key role in bringing high-quality, nutritious pet treats to life using cutting-edge freeze-drying technology.

What You'll Do:

✅ Handling and processing frozen raw meat into premium freeze-dried treats
✅ Operating specialized equipment such as meat band saws, dicing machines, tray loaders, and more
✅ Maintaining high hygiene and quality standards to ensure the best results
✅ Working in a team-based environment where efficiency and safety come first

What We're Looking For:

???? A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
???? Someone comfortable working with raw, frozen, and fresh meats (chicken, fish, beef)
???? Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
???? Previous experience in food production, meat processing, or butchering is a plus!
???? Physical ability to lift up to 25kg when needed
???? Strong Communication skills

Work Environment:

• Pre-treatment Room: -2°ree;C (cold environment, requires lifting up to 25kg)
• Post-treatment Room: Comfortable room temperature, dust
• Long periods of standing, bending, lifting, twisting, etc.
