Job Summary
The Condominium Administrator (CA) plays a crucial role in the service provided of overseeing the daily operations of the condominium property. This position operates within a collaborative team of administrators that provides critical support to multiple individual condominium managers. The role will have rotational training but will operate as an administrative specialist in one, or more, subject matters. The CA offers seamless execution of administrative duties, compliance with regulations, and plays a key role in effective communication between residents, the management team, and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Condominium Administrator Subject Matters:
- Communications; Maintenance; Insurance & Appraisals; Status Certificates; Condo & CAO Compliance; Meetings & Minutes; Residential; Client Revenues
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the condominium management team members for their subject matter specialty.
- Maintain and update internal tasks management records, as it relates to their department and subject matter specialty.
Departmental Contributions:
- Actively participate in monthly departmental meetings.
- Operate and take ownership of the subject matter for which you are assigned, by constantly looking for new ways to improve and create efficiencies that align with the corporate vision.
- Come prepared for, and openly participate in, regular one-on-one meetings with supervisor(s).
Company Obligations:
- Operate within the corporate policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity by consistently aligning your actions, decisions, and interactions with the company's core (key) values, fostering a culture of trust and greatness.
Professional Development:
- Participate in the companys ongoing professional development strategies as it relates to your individual career mapping/plan.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two [2] years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of condominium laws, financial management, and maintenance coordination.
- Working experience and understanding of task management planners such as Monday.com
- Proficiency in property management software.
