- Pitch Delivery:
- Utilize the marketing scripts provided by the Owner/Operator during training sessions.
- Tailor the pitch to effectively communicate Student Painting services' benefits to homeowners.
- Lead Generation:
- Define a lead as obtaining comprehensive contact information from interested homeowners.
- Collect first and last names, one or more phone numbers, property street address, a detailed description of the painting work desired, relevant observations (e.g., peeling garage door), and the homeowner's preferred contact time.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collected leads using the House Tracking Sheet.
- Ensure all information is complete and meets the Owner/Operator's standards for payment eligibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow scripted pitches while adapting to individual homeowner responses.
- Persistence and resilience in the face of potential rejections.
- Attention to detail in lead documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and walk designated streets.
