The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and experience working on architecture projects in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating project activities
- Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with other members of the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and prepare site reports as required
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff as required
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Review and respond to contractor submittals and requests for information
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Manage and maintain project records and documentation
- Participate in the training and mentoring of junior staff
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role in an architecture firm
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professionalism, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture projects
