Who Youll Work With
- Reports to: Senior Reservations Manager
- Leads: Reservations Supervisors, Reservations Agents, Wholesale Reservations Team, Groups
- Collaborates with: Operations Team, Guides, Sales & Marketing, and Contracting Department
Key responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, motivate, and train the reservations team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results. Lead Fam tours to provide staff with firsthand product knowledge.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of tours, bookings, and store presentation. Resolve customer complaints and ensure smooth bookings.
Sales & Customer Service Excellence: Ensure upselling and product knowledge for all team members. Process reservations and provide guests with the best product options and recommendations.
Wholesale Coordination: Communicate with wholesale clients and resolve booking issues, working closely with other departments to align operations and sales goals.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports on performance and trends, handle administrative tasks, and assist the Senior Reservations Manager as needed.
Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Develop, manage, and optimize the reservations team's schedule to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and holidays.
What You Bring to the Role
- 2+ years of leadership experience in reservations, sales, tourism, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, motivating staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with wholesale bookings and inventory management is an asset.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons is required.
