Key Responsibilities
- Digital Registration & Lead Generation: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with agency partners to scale and optimize paid media campaigns, creating a dynamic digital footprint, especially focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to place us within a digital arm's reach of our target audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams to deliver fully integrated and optimized campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources across the relevant phases of the customer journey.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain internal reporting mechanisms to analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and regularly analyze and report on key metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
- Data-Driven Culture: Build a performance-based, data-driven culture to drive continuous testing, experimentation, and feedback loops, demonstrating marketing effectiveness and using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- New Channel Development: Explore and test new channels, such as TikTok, to expand our reach and drive engagement.
- Customer Centricity: Ensure all marketing strategies are aligned with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and meeting their needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in performance marketing, media buying, or user acquisition.
- SEM & PPC Expertise: Extensive experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing, including remarketing to capture existing demand.
- Digital Platforms: Proven success in planning and buying across key digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Stackadapt, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in various tools and metrics for campaign analysis and optimization.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spend to drive ROI.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with external partners and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fintech Experience: Experience in the fintech sector is an asset.
