THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with equipment like graders, trenchers, and earthworks.
• Multiple construction skills (masonry, carpentry, etc.)
• Physical strength and stamina for hard outdoor work
• The ability to master new skills quickly
• Good time management skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Reliable transportation
• Year-round availability (including winter snow removal)
  

IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD BE:

• Constructing patios, decks, fences, and other hardscapes
• Installing softscape elements and underground sprinkler systems
• Participating in morning safety meetings
• Continuously improving your tool and equipment skills
• Caring for and organizing jobsites, equipment, tools, and trucks
• In a state of planned readiness during the winter months for snow removal work (with a guaranteed monthly income)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience in landscaping construction or a related trade
• Skilled in operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment
• Experienced in driving a truck and trailer
• High physical fitness and stamina
• Year-round availability
  
• Experience in snow removal (as a job, not for your neighbor)
