Wildstone is a General Contractor currently looking for a Journeyperson Sheet Metal worker to join our team. Here are the types of projects we work on Wastewater/Water Treatment Plants, energy and institutional projects, new multi-family builds, and commercial builds.
Youll travel for work to locations throughout BC, the Yukon and occasionally the Northwest Territories. Our crews typically work 21/7 rotations, travel in and out of various locations, work 10-hour shifts on average with a daily LOA, and enjoy the comforts of home in well-maintained crew houses.
As our newest Sheet Metal worker, your expertise and attention to detail will be key as you install ductwork, ventilation systems, and make-up air systems, ensuring everything is aligned with the plans and specifications. Youll be an essential part of our mechanical team, and youll see to it that your scope of work on a project gets completed on time.
Heres what youll do:
- Plan and manage work schedules, adjusting as needed to keep things on track.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings and work with specifications.
- Repair existing air and heat ducts and hoods, ensuring continued efficiency.
- Handle tools and equipment with care, making sure everything stays in great shape.
- Safety is a top priority, and you'll be expected to comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Heres what you bring to the role:
- Youre a certified Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker who brings experience working on ICI projects.
- You have a strong working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning HVAC.
- Youre dependable and a self-starter you show up to work on time and get the job done.
- Safety is not an afterthought you have a history of working safely and making sure equipment is in the best working order possible.
- Youre willing to travel to various locations in Canada.
- You have or are willing to obtain the following tickets: Fall Protection, WHMIS 2015, Elevated Work Platform, Level 1 First Aid, and H2S Alive.
