Job Title: Enterprise Architect (Leadership Role)

• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's business strategy.

• Define and enforce technology standards, policies, and governance models across the enterprise.

• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring innovation while managing risks.

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale IT projects, ensuring architectural integrity and scalability.

• Work closely with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams to align technology with business needs.

• Act as a trusted advisor for senior management, providing insights on technology trends and their business impact.

• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of architectural decisions.

• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and integration of enterprise applications and platforms.

• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance are embedded into all architectural decisions.

• Optimize IT investments by promoting reusable solutions and cost-effective technology strategies.

• Lead and mentor solution architects, software engineers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Drive enterprise-wide knowledge sharing and best practices to improve architectural consistency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing large-scale IT systems.

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic IT initiatives.

• Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of industry frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, COBIT) and IT service management (ITIL).

• Experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, and IT governance.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or PMP.

• Experience in agile, DevOps, and microservices architectures.
