What is Pontosense?

Pontosense builds wireless sensors that measure really small movements (as small as a heartbeat) using radar technology. We have the most accurate sensor on the market, by a factor of 10,000x. Were not just a little better were 10,000x better. This means that we can see things more clearly and can analyze and catch issues quicker. Today, we serve many markets, but around the same use case: saving lives.

What makes us different than everyone else?

We have founders with over 500 patents; prior to Pontosense, we built companies worth a total of $5B. Our companies make your iPhone, Starlink, Meta VR sets, and other technologies. With our factories, we can produce up to 700,000 units a month. Youll not only be working with the best tech in this space but also with a team that supports growth and expansion.

What problem will you solve?

Preventable incidents impact lives every daywhether it's a fall at home or a safety risk on the road. Traditional solutions like wearables and cameras often fall short, lacking accuracy or ease of use. Our RADAR technology, with 10,000x the precision of existing products, is transforming industries by providing seamless, non-intrusive monitoring that enhances safety and protection.

As our Senior Finance Manager, youll play a critical role in scaling our life-saving technology by ensuring financial stability, strategic growth, and operational efficiency.

What youll do:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize resources and performance, while developing long-term strategies for sustainable growth aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the companys liquidity, supporting day-to-day operations and business growth.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions, strategic initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
• Implement financial controls, risk management, and compliance procedures to protect company assets.
• Lead the identification, application, and management of large-scale grant opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Drive fundraising, maintain investor relations, and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and financial risks, offering recommendations for growth.
• Optimize financial programs, including tax incentives, innovation grants, and funding subsidies, to maximize available resources, reduce costs, and support long-term growth initiatives.
• Manage financial statements, reporting, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Implement and oversee financial systems and tools to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational performance.

This role reports directly to our CEO, Alex, and collaborates closely with our senior leadership team.

• A CPA designation is a bonus.
