Position Summary:
Position: Planning Administrator
Type: Temporary (Approximately 12-18 mo)

Role Summary:
The Planning Administrator performs all general and specific administrative and clerical functions to the site in support of effective and efficient operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and make changes to assets and locations in Maximo
- Maintain spreadsheets and projections for each department
- Troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain and distribute material forecasting
- Create Preventative Maintenance change forms
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance setup spreadsheets and projections
- Send out SWO work orders and maintain routes
- Maintain annual and preventative maintenance schedules
- Administrative tasks including filing, printing, and more
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant administrative experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Typing speed (50+ WPM), accuracy and spelling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to be flexible with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, reliable and team orientated with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of efficiency while maintaining accuracy
- Sensitive to issues of confidentiality and compliance
- Experience in Maximo an asset
