About the Role:
As a senior Vessel Designer / Checker, You'll play a key role in the drafting team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vessel designs for high-performance industrial applications
What You'll Do:
  • Design & Drafting: Create accurate 3D vessel models and detailed drawings using Cadworx 3D and AutoCAD
  • Quality Control: Check and approve vendor-supplied vessel drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Mentorship: Support junior and intermediate junior designers, helping them grow in their roles
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain vessel drawing standards while optimizing workflow and efficiency
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to streamline operations

Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CADWorx 3D, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and vessel fabrication processes
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of vessel design and manufacturing best practices
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to check and refine drawings with precision and accuracy
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both individually and within a team
