Summary of position:
The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years experience in a Litigation practice and able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a law firm;
- Estate litigation experience an asset;
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
- Experience practicing law in Ontario;
- Ability to be both a self-starter and team player;
- Engaged in business development;
- Excellent technical skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; and
- Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
