The Role
As a key member of our team the Resort Attendant will be responsible for providing flexible support across multiple departments, including Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Restaurant, and Spa. They will ensure guests receive exceptional service by assisting with a variety of operational tasks while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The Resort Attendant will be adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the resort.
Your contributions to the team include:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities and services.
• Assist with luggage transport and room deliveries as needed.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a welcoming orientation to the resort.
• Support the housekeeping team by assisting with room cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Ensure public areas remain clean and presentable.
• Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and linen distribution.
• Greet and seat guests in the restaurant, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and assist servers with food and beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms and relaxation areas.
• Assist in preparing spa amenities, such as towels and robes, for guest use.
• Provide guests with information about spa services and ensure a relaxing environment.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure seamless resort operations.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Prior hospitality experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A positive team player with strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in completing tasks.
