The Role
Tasked with building relationships, securing strategic corporate and afliate partnerships in addition to prospecting to secure B2B/C group business in line with the company strategy. You will have a proven track record in new business development, prospecting and converting leads through all channels.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute new business development strategy through identifying, prospecting and converting potential B2B and B2C partners.
Prepare, plan and execute B2B and B2C activations to drive AK brand presence in order to increase enquiries to consistently grow and ll your pipeline with new leads
Implement a sales action plan in order to increase sales and market share within partner distribution channels;
Roll out and manage Preferred Partnership programs within all channels
Stimulate business development with partners from all distribution channels (travel agencies, corporate accounts, consolidators, OTAs, etc.);
Prospect for new clients;
Visit the partners regularly, manage sales reports, train and present to clients;
Participate in launches and other sales events;
Gather and analyze data on market conditions and present them clearly and concisely to the sales and marketing team;
Uphold corporate decisions and communicate them to distribution partners in a professional manner;
Represent Arctic Kingdom at various industry functions, including those occurring outside of regular business hours.
Requirements
- You MUST have direct experience within luxury travel, tourism or luxury brands
- Strong Preference to candidates with a background in sales with a TOUR OPERATOR
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong sense of initiative and attention to detail;
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Nice to have: experience and connections with the Asian markets
